专家服务处（同时保留“湖北省专家服务中心”的牌子）的主要工作是组织专家及高层人才进行休假考察活动；组织专家及高层次人才为我省经济建设、社会发展提供技术咨询及智力支持；为专家及高层次人才的科研成果推广和转化提供帮助；为留学人员来鄂创业发展提供服务。近年来，专家服务处牢固树立和把握“人才是第一战略资源”的指导思想，紧贴党政工作大局，坚持一手抓围绕大局服务人才，一手抓促进人才服务大局，以组织专家休假考察、服务新农村建设和留学人员创业发展为着力点，不断探索，努力在实际工作中创品牌、树形象、促发展。我们开展的“建设新农村专家服务‘新干线’”活动，组织专家深入农村一线，到田间地头，面对面地为农民提供服务，受到了各级党政和社会各界的好评。我们组织的专家休假考察活动，实行休假、考察两结合，得到上级有关部门的充分肯定，是国家人事部专家服务部门的知名品牌。
The main responsibilities of Expert Service Dept are as following,offering services for the vacation and investigations of experts and high-class human resources from various fields,organizing the experts to offer intellectual services and technology consultation for the economic and social development of Hubei province,assisting the experts to transform their research achievements into products.Providing services for overseas graduates to return homeland for starting enterprises in Hubei.In recent years,Expert Service Dept insists on the principle of "human resources are the first strategical resources",promoting the whole society to services human resources on one hand and promoting human resoures to services the society on the other hand.Focuses on offering services for the vacation and investigations of experts an high-class human resources,providing servieces for New Village Program and the development of overseas graduates,spares no efforts in establishing brand,setting up image and promoting development in works.The activities of providing services for New Village Program organize the experts to county,providing services for farmers face to face, highly praised by the governments at different levels and society.The activities of offering services for the vacation and investigations of experts and high-class human resources,making vacation and investigations together,were fully acknowledged by higher authority concerned departments,and were also a brand name in expert services system of National Ministry of personnal.
